Great Customer Service
It’s rare these days, so I figured it’s worth noting, but we just had a really great experience at Red Robin, which was already becoming one of my favorite restaurants prior to today. After ordering our food and waiting a little bit, I just started to think it was taking a while when the manager came over and apologized for the delay and offered to bring us something while we waited. I hadn’t complained, so his visit was completely unprompted. Just as he left our food arrived. Then the bill arrived and I noticed they gave us 50% off of our entire bill. I told our server that the discount wasn’t necessary as there really wasn’t an issue and he said they take great pride in the promptness of their service.
